February 14th – Saturday – SGMFC Monthly Meeting / Chili Cook-off

Meeting will be held in the clubhouse at Carillon at Cambridge Lakes, 1865 Andrew Dr, Pingree Grove.  Feel free to bring your favorite Chili or Soup to share…and maybe a power strip.  Entries will be judged by all with awards, prizes or just a firm handshake given out to the winners.  Don’t have a favorite chili/soup to bring?  No worries, bring some crackers, appetizers, munchies or sweets.

March 14th – Saturday – Durty Nellie’s St. Pat’s Parade in Palatine

Parade lineup will be at 10:00am at Sanborn Elementary School, 101 N Oak St, Palatine.  Parade kickoff is at 11:00am and will end at Durty Nellie’s.  We are looking for 4-5 convertible SGMFC vehicles to participate.  Signup sheet at monthly meetings.  For more information contact stallions.gate@yahoo.com.

Meeting will be held at Pizza Ranch, 780 E Rollins Rd, Round Lake Beach (224-447-2624).  We will have a Show-n-Shine at 2:00pm (weather permitting) with the dinner/social time from 3:00-4:00pm and our general meeting to follow.

Meetup will be held at Garibaldi's Italian Eatery, 2346 W. May 25th – Monday – Palatine Post 630 American Legion Memorial Day Parade

Parade lineup will be at 9:00am at Illinois Shotokan Karate Clubs, 327 N Eric Dr, Palatine.  Meet up with VIP Veterans at 10:30am and parade kickoff is at 11:00am.  We would like 4-6 SGMFC convertibles for VIP’s plus 6-8 additional vehicles for parade entry.  For more information contact stallions.gate@yahoo.com.

May 30th – Saturday – SuperDawg Drive-In Car Club Cruise Night

August 1st – Saturday – Glory Bound Rescue Ranch 5th Annual Car Show

All makes & model show (cars, bikes, trucks, tractors, bicycles, etc).  Show is held at Kishwaukee Brewing Co, 1900 Dillard Court, Woodstock, IL.  Registration is $15, spectators are free.  Awards, goody bags, local craft & direct sales vendors, music, food & drinks, raffles & 50/50, enough room for more than 200 vehicles.  Bring an unopened bag of Pedigree Dog Food and receive 2 raffle tickets for any basket on the table.  ALL proceeds go to Glory Bound Rescue Ranch (501c3)!
